We combine Krav Maga combatives and athletic training to provide a diverse and comprehensive strength and conditioning program.
You will go from 0-100 in the first 10 minutes and stay there for the rest of the class. We recommend our members to fluctuate between this class and our regular CrossFit class to see the most improvement on overall health.
You will be working on all our primals and fight components. The workouts are constantly changing and mixed up with all skills and levels. Includes heavy bag and kettle bell training.
